(Image #77) Spitfire Mk3 2500 GRO 536G photo Extra info on this classic Triumph: Blast from the past for me. I owned GRO 536G and got it into a roadworthy state back in 1994. It had a 2.5 engine mounted 1 foot back in the chassis to aid weight distribution. The chassis was based on a GT6 Mk2 setup with rotoflex couplings. This car was very fast and handled excellently easily seeing off weedy Golf GTis which were the in thing back then. I sold it in late 1994 so that I could get an early XJ12 but I'd love to know where this blue Spitty is now.
